Admin Dashboard

For designated faculty and administrators within a workspace, the Osmosis Admin Dashboard summarizes activity for all members (users) within the named group workspace and/or cohort. Within the dashboard, panels are provided for Videos, Flashcards, Questions, and Members, which provide more in-depth information. For questions, please contact your account manager or email our team at [email protected].

Summary panel

General Glossary

Median: In the span of dates shown, the entire group’s middle number of total logins, flashcards/questions answered, or videos viewed

Maximum: In the span of dates shown, the entire group’s highest number of total logins, flashcards/questions answered, or videos viewed

Total: Total (not unique) activities performed Web and Mobile, during the selected time period. Eg. If flashcard A was answered 100 times and flashcard B was answered 10 times. Total flashcards answered would be 110. (Whereas total unique flashcards answered would be 2.)

Total Unique: Total unique activities performed Web and Mobile, during the selected time period. Eg. If flashcard A was answered 100 times and flashcard B was answered 10 times. Total unique flashcards answered would be 2. (Whereas total unique flashcards answered would be 110.)

Member tile

Active users: Total users that have logged into their Mobile or Web account one or more times, for the selected time period.

Member dialog

Name: Name user has entered in their account page (Possible for some to be empty)
Email: Email user has entered in their account page
Longest login streak: Longest running number of days a user has logged in in a row

Current login streak: Running number of days a unique user has logged in in a row, as of today

Flashcard tile

Flashcards answered by number of users: Total (not unique) flashcards answered on Web and Mobile, during the selected time period VS the number of distinct users answer the flashcards. Eg. If flashcard A was answered 100 times and flashcard B was answered 10 times. Total flashcards answered would be 110. (Whereas total unique flashcards answered (not pictured) would be 2.)

  • In the picture attached for December 2018, just over 60,000 flashcards in total were answered by 45 students.

Video tile

Videos watched by number of users: Total videos (not unique) played for 1 or more seconds on Web and Mobile, for the selected time period VS the number of distinct users viewing the videos.

Both Video Views and Videos Watched are non unique and will aggregate when the required action has taken place.
For Videos Watched that would mean that every time the video progress passes 80% the tally will ultimately go up by 1, regardless of the video ( Whether it has been watched previously or not )

Video dialog

Name: Name user has entered in their account page (Possible for some to be empty)
Email: Email user has entered in their account page

Videos viewed: Total videos watched for 1 or more seconds.
Longest login streak: Longest running number of days a user has logged in in a row

Current login streak: Running number of days a user has logged in in a row, as of today

Questions answered by number of users: Total (not unique) questions answered on Web and Mobile, during the selected time period VS the number of distinct users answer the question. Eg.
