Paying for Osmosis

How can I pay for Osmosis?

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express credit cards, Apple Pay and PayPal.

  • Credit cards must be enabled for recurring e-commerce transactions to work with Osmosis.

Note: Anyone purchasing from Safari desktop or mobile will now see Apple Pay as an option on the checkout form. Support will vary from country to country, however, only valid and supported cards can be added to an Apple Wallet so any queries regarding lack of support should be directed to Apple support.

Are there any additional fees associated with the recurring Osmosis charges?

Osmosis only charges a subscription fee, which may or may not include local tax depending on your location. Some financial institutions add additional transaction fees for foreign transactions. These fees are charged by your bank, so if you have questions, please contact your financial institution

Managing your plan

Where can I see my plan and price?

You can see your plan and price at osmosis.org/account/billing by selecting Billing.

How can I change my plan?

To change your plan, visit osmosis.org/account/billing and select change plan from the billing details section.

How do I update payment details or change my payment information?

Sign in to the Osmosis website and visit your Account at osmosis.org/account/billing. Select change card to change your payment information.

How do I change my billing date?

To change your billing date, you’ll need to cancel your account and restart it on the date you’d like to be billed on.

If you cancel in the middle of your billing cycle, the cancellation will not be fully complete until the end of that billing cycle, and you will be unable to restart your account until after that time.

How do I see my Osmosis billing history or monthly invoice?

If you would like to see your billing history, click on Billing in your account page osmosis.org/account/billing. You can see individual dates and print that month's invoice.

How do I cancel Osmosis?

We hate to see you go, but if you need to cancel your account and end your membership, simply follow the steps in How do I cancel Osmosis?

Please take note of our Refund/Cancellation policy and at this time, we don't offer refunds for monthly recurring paid Osmosis plans.

Identifying unexpected charges

Why am I being charged more than I expected?

There are a few reasons you may be seeing a charge that was more than you expected.

  • Taxes - Depending on where you live, you may be charged taxes in addition to your membership price. Some financial institutions add additional transaction fees for foreign transactions. These fees are charged by your bank, so if you have questions, please contact your financial institution

  • Fees - In some countries, card companies may charge an extra fee for cross-border transactions.

Why was I charged earlier than expected?

If your billing date is scheduled for a date that does not occur in a given month (such as the 31st), you'll be billed on the last day of that month instead.

Resolving Payment issues

Why do I see a message that there’s a problem with my payment method?

This message indicates that Osmosis was unable to receive a payment because the financial institution rejected the recurring charge. To resolve the issue, sign in to your Osmosis account and update or change your payment method. In most cases, this will resolve the issue.

If you're still having trouble updating your account with new payment information, please try a different payment method, or contact your financial institution to ensure your payment information is up to date and supports e-commerce transactions.

If you have questions or if you encounter any issues, please feel free to contact [email protected].
