Whenever possible, upload documents to your Workspace the night before you need them to make sure they have plenty of time to upload.
If you encounter an issue, try these steps to troubleshoot the document that you are trying to upload:
First check to see if there’s a problem with the document file itself by opening the document up on your computer.
If it opens without any error messages, try uploading it to your Workspace again.
If it still doesn’t upload, convert the document to a PDF and try uploading it again.
