- We send activation emails to your school email address (eg: [email protected]). Please search your school emails for your account activation email from [email protected].
- If you find it, follow that link to join your School's workspace. (If you accidentally created an account with a personal email address, send that to us via Intercom so we can merge your accounts.)
- If you can't find it, provide your full name, school email, your school, and program name via the Intercom.
- Once we have that information, we'll update your account within 5 business days.
- You can see the status of your Prime Membership via www.osmosis.org/account
