We can count on our fingers how many cancellation requests we've received. Most of the time this is due to a misunderstanding of how best to use Osmosis, and we're happy to do a private tutorial to ensure you're making the best of your Prime membership. If you'd like to proceed however with cancellation, here is our policy:

  • Within 30 days of purchase: full refund
  • Between 30 to 60 days of purchase: 50% off your remaining time.
  • After 60 days there are usually no refunds (standard across many industries)
