If your school has purchased access to Osmosis Prime, you’ll be sent an activation email to your school email address (e.g. [email protected]) from [email protected]. Click the "Join Now" button.
You will be directed to another page that will ask you to go to your school's workspace. Click the "Go to Dashboard" button.
This will bring you to the Osmosis home page and you're already ready to access your Prime account!
If you’ve already created an Osmosis account with your personal email address, just send us a note at [email protected] so we can merge your accounts.
If you’re having trouble locating your activation email, please send us an email at [email protected] with your full name, school name, school email, and program name. Once we have that information, we'll update your account within 5 business days.
You can check the status of your Prime Membership and other account details in your Profile page, via https://www.osmosis.org/account/profile
