Restoring your purchase from the Apple Store

Restoring Your Purchase from the App Store

If you've purchased an Osmosis plan from the iOS or Google Play store and have switched devices (without restoring from a backup) or deleted the app, you’ll need to restore your purchase.

Switching Devices

  1. Account Verification: Ensure that you are logged into the same Apple account and the same Osmosis account on both devices. Double-check your email on the device’s Profile page.

  2. Restore Purchases: If both accounts are correct, tap "Restore Purchases" at the bottom of the page. This will prompt you to re-enter your account email and password.

Managing App Subscriptions

You can manage your subscriptions directly from your device:

For iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch

  1. Go to Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store.

  2. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.

  3. Select View Apple ID and sign in if required.

  4. Tap Subscriptions to view and manage your subscriptions.

  5. Select the subscription you want to manage. If it’s not listed, it might be billed through another provider. Get help with subscriptions that aren't on your list.

  6. Choose options to change your subscription or tap Cancel Subscription to stop it. If canceled, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.

For Android Devices

  1. Open the Google Play app.

  2. Tap the profile icon at the top right.

  3. Select Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.

  4. Choose the subscription you want to cancel and tap Cancel subscription.

  5. Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation.

If you need to restart a canceled subscription:

  1. Open the Google Play app.

  2. Tap the profile icon.

  3. Go to Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.

  4. Select the subscription you want to restart and tap Resubscribe.

Important Notes

  • For Russian Subscribers: Due to current sanctions, Android subscriptions will not be available after your current billing period ends.
