Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

How can I pay for Osmosis?

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express credit cards, Apple Pay and PayPal.

  • Credit cards must be enabled for recurring e-commerce transactions to work with Osmosis.

Note: Anyone purchasing from Safari desktop or mobile will now see Apple Pay as an option on the checkout form. Support will vary from country to country, however, only valid and supported cards can be added to an Apple Wallet so any queries regarding lack of support should be directed to Apple support.

Are there any additional fees associated with the recurring Osmosis charges?

  • Osmosis charges a subscription fee, and local taxes may apply depending on your location. Some financial institutions might add transaction fees for foreign transactions, so please check with your bank for any additional charges.

How do I cancel Osmosis?

  • To cancel your account, follow the steps outlined in the relevant cancellation guide. Please be aware that we do not offer refunds for monthly recurring paid subscriptions.

Identifying Unexpected Charges

Why am I being charged more than I expected?

  • Charges may vary due to local taxes or additional transaction fees charged by financial institutions for cross-border transactions. Contact your bank if you see unexpected charges.

Why was I charged earlier than expected?

  • If your billing date falls on a day that does not occur in a given month (like the 31st), you'll be charged on the last day of that month.

Resolving Payment Issues

Why do I see a message that there’s a problem with my payment method?

  • This indicates that your financial institution rejected the payment. To resolve this, log into your Osmosis account and update your payment method. If issues persist, try a different payment method or contact your bank to ensure your payment information is current and supports e-commerce transactions.
