What to Do When You Encounter a Payment Error

If you experience a payment processing error while trying to subscribe, follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:

  1. Bank/Card Issuer Block: Check to see if your bank or card issuer has blocked the transaction. If so, contact them to authorize the transaction and try to subscribe again.

  2. Correct Credit Card Details: Ensure that you have entered your credit card information accurately. Double-check for any typos.

  3. Card Validity: Confirm that your card has not expired. If it has, please reach out to your bank for assistance.

  4. Card Limit: Make sure your card is still within its spending limit. Exceeding the limit may cause the transaction to be blocked.

  5. Transaction Limits: Verify whether your bank has set a maximum transaction amount. If applicable, contact your bank to either increase this limit or inquire about alternative payment options.
