Osmosis is launching Spanish-translated captions, transcripts, and Spanish language searches for Spanish speaking learners!

To better demonstrate our commitment to “Start with the Heart” and “Reach Further,” this feature allows our Spanish-speaking and bilingual learners to have a deeper understanding of medical concepts by providing them with the ability to easily switch between Spanish and English or set one language as their default on the website. This functionality will be applied in phases beginning end of October.

This feature enables a “switcher" between Spanish and English for MD and MedEd learners, and when the Spanish switcher is turned on, you will be able to:

  • Have access to Spanish learn page titles, transcripts, and captions

  • Have the ability to search Spanish terms

Note that majority of our transcripts and captions will be in Spanish when the Spanish switcher is turned on. However, a small number of videos don’t translate well into Spanish and will be available in English only. In any case, if a content is not available in Spanish, you will still have access to them in English even if the Spanish switcher is on.

Thanks for reading this article. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact our Customer Experience Team by clicking on the blue chat bubble on the lower right of the website or send an email to [email protected].
